Daniel personally carried me into the car. In his embrace, I felt very at ease. There was a pleasant smell on his body. It was faint, just like the fragrance of the Earth recovering after a rain. It was refreshing and calming.

However, I still felt embarrassed to be in his embrace the entire time. After getting into the car, I leaned against the window and observed the situation outside.
